1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles City

I’m obsessed with hand-pulled noodle restaurants, so my expectations were high and this place absolutely delivered. Fresh, chewy noodles, rich flavours, and proper comfort food done right. Everything tasted incredible, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend 😊

Tried 1915 Lanzhou Noodles at Emporium and really enjoyed it. The hand-pulled noodles had a great chewy texture, the broth was rich and comforting, and the portion size was generous. Prices are very reasonable for how filling the bowls are. A great spot for a quick, no-fuss meal when you’re craving something warm and satisfying.

I am always in love with lanzhou noodles! The noodles are freshly hand-made and taste so fresh, so chewy and perfectly-cooked. The beef soup noodle is worth trying, the soup is spicy and flavourful (big portion!). The set meal starting from $18.90 is pretty a good deal!

This is an awesome spot to get your Lanzhou noodle fix! I’d recommend getting one of their set menu options (they have four different types), which come with noodles and sides that you can pick! Set D comes with 2 lamb skewers and a fried pancake, such a delicious combo. The noodles have a great bite to them, and I picked my favourite shape - triangular! The location is in the Melbourne Emporium food court so there is a lot of seating!

A hidden gem within emporium, even ordering a small lunch you are still fulfilled. The dumplings are a great choice, beef + cabbage pan fried, worth the wait and a joy to eat!
