I visited this massage place twice for the 90-minute aromatherapy massage. My first visit was a lovely experience — relaxing, professional, and left me feeling refreshed.
Unfortunately, my second visit was quite disappointing. The therapist seemed distracted throughout the session. She had her phone with her, which kept going off, and made frequent noises that disrupted what should have been a peaceful environment. It felt inconsiderate and gave the impression she wasn’t fully present.
The final part of the massage was odd to say the least. The “head massage” involved a lot of side-to-side scratching, followed by a prolonged “chop-chop” motion on my head that felt more irksome than relaxing.
After I left, I received a notification on the Fresha app stating that I was marked as a no-show — even though I had clearly attended and completed the appointment. That left a strange impression and made me question the professionalism of how bookings are managed.
It’s disappointing because I know they can provide a good service based on my first experience. I hope they are able to address the inconsistency in the quality of their service.
