honestly the best hot pot i’ve been too. always my go to spot. the staff is supper friendly and they always have very quick service too!! there’s also $14 night parking right around the corner, would definitely recommend. :)

Pretty good. The meatballs were tasty. Even the minimum level spicy was quite hot, for people who can't handle spicy food.

We enjoyed our time at this place. They offered a wide array of vegetarian and meat options for you to select for your bowl. You could choose from a soup or dry base, as well as your preferred level of spiciness. The price was determined by the weight of your bowl. Please note that seating is limited. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Can be recommended!

Food is amazing and the staff here are so friendly also highly recommend crispy pork belly tastes so delicious and yummy. Restaurant is great and clean and love to come here everyday. Btw there are so many options to choose for ur soup or dry pot.

Don’t make the same mistake as us and don’t believe the paid reviews (reward for 5 star review). While the taste is good, we went ahead with eating here even after we saw serious warning signs. I made a stupid and embarrassing decision even if we had good reason to ignore our good sense. Now hoping we don’t get sick. The problems we observed - staff member dried the floor with a Chux wipe then did not wash their hands & change their gloves before carrying out other tasks such as replenishing ingredients - ‘washed’ bowls ready for use to collect ingredients, were all unclean and had murky water in them (see pics). We know as we hunted through the several stacks of bowls, when the time came, hoping to find clean ones for ourselves. The bowls are used to collect ingredients including raw meat and seafood and prepared foods which are not intended to be ready-to-eat. - similarly the ‘washed’ tongs had visible residues on them as well as murky water. See pics. Note the majority of the tongs were dirty like this and some were much worse (I was taking the photos discreetly and quickly on the way out so couldn’t linger to get the most representative picture) - we thought the food would be fully cooked so went ahead anyway with picking our ingredients and ordering despite the condition of the bowls and tongs. (Dumb but there were several reasons for this poor call) - on receiving our finished bowls, we realised that some of the ingredients aren’t always meant to be cooked since that would wreck their texture - such as the fried dough sticks. So any contamination they got from the unclean bowls and tongs, and the raw foods they were mixed with, would not have been cooked out. Other ingredients were also lightly cooked (cold) - such as the clams - perhaps because they started out frozen. So while the taste was good, I’ve rated the food 1 star since safety is the foundation of a healthy star rating for this element. I’ve rated service a 1 star as well due to the lack of care and attention to hygiene being equally a service issue. Finally - the premises offers a free drink for 5 star Google reviews and an instagram follow (see pics- this is displayed at the counter). A few other reviewers reported the same thing in the last few weeks as well. I hope this outlet will improve. Until then customers please beware. Note - mistakenly posted to Dragon Hotpot earlier.
