I cannot recommend Mia enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. She is incredibly talented, gentle, and truly pays attention to detail. My lashes came out flawless and customized to my eye shape. The entire appointment was relaxing, the space was clean and cozy, and she explained everything so well. My retention has been amazing too! I’ve gotten nonstop compliments. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about her clients, Mia is the one. I won’t be going to anyone else, she’s been doing my lashes for a while now.

This place is phenomenal. My daughter had her first set of professional lashes done here. They were great communicators, gorgeous and clean clinic. Service was exceptional. I cannot recommend Dr Lashes highly enough. I wish you would open in Adelaide!!! Demi’s eyelashes look great and the price was really reasonable. Thank you!!!

My friend had her lash lift and tint done here and after seeing her results I came in as a walk in and asked if I could do the same. Prior to the start of the appointment I was asked my the receptionist if I had done a lash lift before or not, as well as my expectations regarding intensity of the curl and colour of the tint in detail, which as a person who asks a lot of questions and is picky, I really appreciated. The little room they take you to is very comfortable and private as well as relaxing. I tend to have easily watery eyes which in the past has made lash lifts inconsistent and some lash techs have had difficulties but Norah who did the lift and tint was able to navigate it flawlessly and I had great results with every single lash lifted and tinted consistently. My only note is that although I like silence, I know that some customer would appreciate having a heads up of which step in the process we are on as well as how long a certain processing time is in one of the steps, so if you are the type of person that likes to know just let them know prior to starting and I’m sure they’d be happy to guide you through it. I was offered biscuits and refreshments after the service, was provided with a care card as well as a complimentary spooly which was a lovely touch. I was also asked if I was happy with the service or if I had any notes or issues. I would 100 percent recommend Norah to anyone who wants to do a lash lift and tint, I’m sure you’d be happy with the results. I’m confident that almost any tech at Dr.Lash would do your lashes justice.

This HAS to be the best eyelash extension I have ever gotten. They were very patient and flexible with me as I had to cancel twice due to work. When I arrived there, the very friendly and helpful receptionist showed me all my options and really listened to what type of extensions I wanted. He discussed my requirements and took me through my oprions and explained to me what was suitable for me, with accompanying pictures to show me what the end result would look like. The place is really great and you feel relaxed as soon as you get there. You have your own private room which is so peaceful that you can even have a proper nap if you need it - more like a spa really - unlike most places where the treatment is either in an open space or in a room but you can hear everything that is going on in the salon. The receptionist explained to the therapist what has been discussed with me and she was very professional and explained to me what she was doing. The eyelashes were amazing. I chose to write the review the following day after my visit so that people know that the next day, I have no issues with the extensions, unlike some places I have been to before - sometimes, the eyelashes caused irritation because the lashes were hard, sometimes they were uncomfortable, etc. Today, no reaction whatsoever and I had completely forgotten that I had them done until I caught a reflection in the mirror this morning! Usually, you would notice something the following day. I had booked my refills with them already and I certainly will be returning to Dr. Lash again and will try their other services to. I have recommended to friends and urge anybody who wants great lashes without all the headaches attached to going to new places. I love these guys! They even give you a little after-care home kit with instructions. Don't go elsewhere, just give this place a go. I have been to so many places in the last 3 years that I have had eyelash extensions and will attest that their products and services are the best!
