CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! *DONT USE THIS BUSINESS* I took my iPhone 16 pro max to Alisa tang at the box hill store to replace my iPhone screen & LCD I was charged $404 and when I picked up my phone I discovered that my phone speaker was not working and I also continued to have problems with the screen & LCD not responding , I then took my Apple iPhone 16 pro max back to the Apple store only to find out that Alisa Tang had replaced my iPhone screen &LCD with non genuine apple parts in which the apple store had identified, when I contacted her to complain & get my money back for being ripped off she was rude and abrupt and acted like she knew nothing about it, this store is replacing phone parts that should be genuine with cheap non genuine parts made in china this store is ripping off its customers and providing cheap parts that do not work properly or at all, she totally denied wrecking my phone speaker also and all she had to do was apologise and refund my money, as I also had the proof and documentation from apple stating that the phone screen & LCD she had installed on my phone was non genuine. If Alisa Tang does not refund my money I am taking this matter to CONSUMER AFFAIRS for further action. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! THIS BUSINESS IS RIPPING OFF ITS CUSTOMERS.

I didn't buy the screen protector as they didn't have in stock, but the employee there was honest and friendly. Felt more honest than other repair places I have been to. If you are looking for somewhere I recommend this place!
