This restaurant deserves so much praise ! the food is incredibly delicious, and this branch is the best one I’ve ever eaten at. The staff are excellent, and the portions and sauces are really generous.

Had lunch at PappaRich and ordered half Hainan chicken with one bowl of plain rice and one bowl of chicken oil rice. The rice was a bit hard, and the chicken a little lean, but overall flavour was nice. At first, I thought there was an extra $6 charge for cucumber that wasn’t shown on the menu, but later realised the total price actually matched the menu — the bill layout just made it look confusing. It would be great if the restaurant could make the pricing breakdown clearer to avoid misunderstanding. By the way, the kaya and butter toast is yum.

Possibly the worst seafood curry laksa I've ever had, it had the coconut milk base with a bit of the laksa flavour but absolutely no heat and the ingredients weren't good. The prawns were obviously those peeled frozen prawns as they had no taste whatsoever and the mussels had a very overpowering taste like they were on the verge of going off. I've eaten here before and enjoyed different dishes but this was very disappointing.

Had a terrible experience here last night. My friends and I came for their nasi lemak promotion and we all became sick with food poisoning symptoms after our meals. I also noticed another recent google review mentioning food poisoning, which makes it clear that this is not an isolated case. This points to a serious issue with food handling and safety standards. I would strongly urge management to take immediate action.
