Subway Box Hill

Very very rude staffs! I won't be coming back again, even though the food was okay.

Went here for lunch today and they were extremely busy but servers were very effective and worked together well as a team. It was refreshing to see them helping each other out and I was impressed with the time management skills.

I had really bad diarrhoea after eating food from this Subway and they vehicles look like they were not washed

The staff was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to serve me well while still being efficient. The falafel salad bowl is great, the beetroot addition was a bit expensive for what was given but thats okay. Thank you to the hardworking staff. I’ve come to subway many times and always enjoy their salad bowls. Came again on the afternoon of 30/8/25 and the staff were super lovely 🌸

I'm kinda like a regular here, and everytime the food's amazing!! There's also a very cheerful lady that served me today and omg loved her nature, so polite and welcoming!
