T mood (Welland)

I love this place so much and often come here for late night meals. As they open until midnight, so quite a lot of online order some times but staffs still very friendly. Appreciate it! The dishes quite amazing for me, even they sometimes get stuck with online order, dine in services always good.

Amazing service , the lovely lady heard it was my birthday and brang out a bowl of ice cream it was super sweet , the food is also Devine %100 recommend

I’m actually surprised at the amount of not so great reviews. My friend got me onto this place and now it’s become a weekly obsession, I would have it every night if I could. 95% of the time I order on uber eats but the place is lovely and clean if you do go in. Food is delicious, they never miss anything on orders and if something isn’t available they go above and beyond to make up for it even writing hand written cards apologising for the substitute. The katsu everything is to die for and the fluffy eggs they do 😍

They used to have good service and good food. But lately i notices a lot of delays. Their app always say its ready in 10-15mins. But ending up 30mins or more. They should update it. I ordered tepanyaki sirloin steak, and its not good. They shouldnt mix cold drinks with their hot food on take aways. This is the third time where they prepare my meal late and there's no diners and not even busy. They still charged you 3$ service fee.

Ordered two dishes, spicy ramen and chicken rice bowl. The menu was quite overwhelming. There were too many options on what to add where you get confused as your order includes in the end. Food came quite quickly. The ramen was alright but I preferred the chicken rice. The chicken was very tender and juicy. We came on a Saturday which meant we also got one free drink per person. The matcha milk tea was average, a bit grainy but the pearls were nice. The brown sugar milk tea was good on the other hand.
