Teaser Carlton

I was the only customer when I was ordering and it took more than 15 minutes to get my simple order ready. The cashier/server said it would only take around 7-8 minutes

Lily was serving us today and she was so welcoming and kind and assured us that if we didn't enjoy our drinks she would fix them. The matcha crush itself was refreshing and satisfying!

Drink was very grainy, I think it wasn't mixed properly or proportions were wrong. The wait was a long time as well, with the staff disappearing for long periods of time

I really appreciate the changes in the management team; it feels so much more inviting now. It's a lovely spot to unwind. I absolutely adore their punched peach green tea and matcha series! The fried chicken popcorn pairs perfectly with the bubble tea series—it's truly a delightful combination. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I had a really good experience at this Teaser, the staff, Amy was so friendly and accomodating to my needs. The boba was so soft and chewy! Would definitively visit and buy from here again!
