I already wanna come back for cellula X heating treatment for shoulders and neck! It was really relaxing and I was surprised how light and smooth my shoulders felt after the treatment. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. Loved the dessert and the tea too!!

Eye lashes used with cheap glue and wirey got glue in my eye everytime she applied something was in severe pain and has to literally rip my eyelashes out because of the pain of pinching and glue irritation, went into emergency two different shaped eyes ending up to finding fiber in my eye?? So they took that out which scratched it. And now Im on antibiotics and antihistamines with a eye appointment booked I'm so disappointed with how long she took to apply 3 hours for what? For severe pain great way to make me switch to my own DIY atleast I won't end up blind.

I have been coming to Yuki House Box Hill for my facial routine since last year and had a very great experience. The staff are very skillful and experience. They are very friendly, especially Veronica who is very knowledgeable in the variety of the packages and providing a very detailed explanation on the differences. She has been helping monitoring my face skin, and was very helpful in providing guidance on the facial products and selections that suit my face. I have seen great improvement ever since. Highly recommended to go Yuki House.
