Business Development Specialist/Sales Representative/Account Manager

[Duties and Responsibilities]

–  Explore and develop client sales opportunities for the company according to the sales target and KPIs

–  Negotiate and complete sales contracts with client at a repaid speed to achieve the extensive market expansion

–  Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. 

–  Prospect for potential clients and turn this into increased business

–  Meet potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization. 

–  Research and build relationships with new clients

–  Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/senior managers

–  Plan approaches and pitches

–  Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives

–  Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion

–  Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

–  Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with all the clients in a professional and service-oriented manner and ensure effective and robust communications at all times

–  Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs

–  Restaurant or grocery types of merchant network is preferable

Graphic Designer

[Duties and Responsibilities]

–  Determine the message that the design should portray

–  Determine the strategy to deliver a clear message to a particular target audience.

–  Prepare layouts or mock-ups of a design using illustration, text, photograph, color, and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or using computer software

–  Create visual aspects for product illustrations, logos and websites, event marketing materials, etc

–  Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the logo, icons, photographs, and other components where necessary

–  Incorporate changes recommended by company into the final design

–  Review designs for errors before printing or publishing

–  Organize the production of proofs and liaising with Pikmo

–  Incorporate online and offline promotion events organization and evaluation

–  Performing other duties as required by the company from time to time

[Skills and Experience]

–  Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar degrees, and at least 2 years’ experience in digital marketplace in relation to hospitality and catering industry

–  Social Media and Digital Marketing, EDM Management, Copywriting skills

–  High proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

–  Experience and understanding of social media are highly regarded

–  Strong knowledge of design fundamentals

–  Ability to understand and interpret briefs and think critically to execute independently in a creative and strategic manner

–  Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand throughout all collateral, i.e., branding, web, digital assets, social, print collateral, etc

–  Ability to proof-read own work to ensure accuracy

–  Knowledge and experience with both WordPress and Mailchimp

–  Problem solving and analytical skills

–  Can-do attitude that operates well in a team environment


 

Content Creator

[Duties and Responsibilities]

–  Contribute to the Pikmo tone of voice guidelines ensuring they are maintained and kept up to date

–  Identify opportunities to refresh the tone of voice for the Pikmo brand periodically and assist in providing training and guidance for the broader team about how to write in the Pikmo tone

–  Produce content for Pikmo social media account, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and etc

–  Develop copy and compelling headlines for Pikmo owned campaign events such as Pikmo Day, Style Drop and seasonal retail events such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and End of Financial Year

–  Work with the creatives to collaborate on creative concept ideas, contributing your copy expertise

–  Develop copy to align to concepts for merchant campaigns across both rewards and retail media placements

–  Write long form copy for the B2B marketing team across case studies, sales presentations and pitch decks

–  Review the Pikmo blog and work collaboratively on enhancing this content and creating new blog content as required which meets B2B marketing and SEO requirements

–  Work collaboratively with the SEO manager to ensure all copy written for web and app environments utilizes best practice SEO principles

[Skills and Experience]

–  At least 1-2 years’ experience (3-5 years for managerial level) in content generation or a related field

–  Social Media and Digital Marketing, EDM Management, Copywriting skills are required

–  Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded

[Duties and Responsibilities]

–  Operate and manage the functionality of the PikMo platforms for both consumers and merchant partners

–  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user friendly experience for both sides

–  Conduct thorough analysis of platform features, user feedback, and industry trends

–  Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product performance and user satisfaction

–  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Pikmo’s merchant partners

–  Work closely with business owners to understand their needs and assist in optimizing their profiles

–  Utilize data analysis tools to track and measure the impact of product changes and initiatives

–  Prepare and present reports showcasing key performance metrics and areas for enhancement

–  Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and refine platform rules and policies

–  Ensure platform rules and procedures are clear, fair and aligned with industry standards

–  Familiarize with Australian hospitality and catering industry and system, product sales, and track store links, promotions, pre-sales and after-sales, and logistics and all related;

–  Ability to conduct competitive analysis and products selection marketing strategies, monitor transaction and daily data in a timely manner

[Skills and Experience]

–  More than 3 years of experience on e-commerce store/digital platform management

–  Have good product selection and data analysis capabilities, and stores management

–  Organization and coordination, project refinement and operation, efficient execution and self-driven high sensitivity to people, ability to create a good user experience

–  Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills

–  Ability to gain insight into demand, be familiar with the logic of platform operations, and use content as a grip to drive operational innovation and promote platform exposure

–  Fluent in English


 

Franchise Development Manager/Assistant

[Duties and Responsibilities]

–  Provide effective management advice and leadership to franchisees

–  Establish franchise operating standards and guidelines

–  Consistently deliver Pikmo values and purpose in daily operations

–  Develop franchisees by offering business acumen, technical support and customized training

–  Design, organize and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchisees and technicians

–  Ensure timely communication of technical and product-related information to franchisees from various sources

–  Follow instructions from the head office, implement processes, and make informed decisions on the spot

–  Compile and deliver data from franchisees to the head office in a clear and concise manner

–  Innovate and launch new social media campaigns tailored to Pikmo clients’ unique needs and industries

–  Stay abreast of trending news, ideas, and memes across social channels, leveraging these trends to enhance Pikmo social media presence

–  Conduct in-depth research into Pikmo clients’ industries, offering actionable insights and recommendations to amplify their digital footprint

–  Collaborate in capturing and analyzing social media metrics to refine and optimize our strategies for maximum impact

–  Engage in continuous market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for Pikmo clients within the digital landscape

–  Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives

–  Cultivate a dynamic and engaging online community through thoughtful interactions and responses

–  Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and staying attuned to evolving social media trends and technologies

–  Assist in developing comprehensive reports on the performance and effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing valuable insights for ongoing improvement
