The food here is absolutely delicious! Authentic Sichuan flavors with just the right balance of spice and aroma. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere, perfect for both casual dining and gatherings with friends. Highly recommend this place if you love real Sichuan cuisine — we’ll definitely be coming back!

This place absolutely blew me away. We ordered a feast and every single dish was a standout. The Spicy Stir Fried Triple Beef is a must try. It's incredibly flavourful, slightly tangy and super spicy. It has beef tripe, stomach, and another cut I couldn't name, but all of it was crispy, spicy, and totally addictive! For offal lovers, the Stir Fried Liver & Kidney is a dream. The portion is huge and it's packed with so much flavour and heat. It's the ultimate rice killer, you'll need a bowl just to soak it all up. To balance the heat, the Dry Pot Organic Cauliflower was my favourite. They use a thin, sweet organic cauliflower and the wok hei is on point. It's not spicy, making it the perfect complement to the other dishes. Finally, the Seafood Tofu Pot was incredible. Loaded with squid, prawns, fish, scallops, and tofu in a gravy that was pure perfection. Yes, I finished another entire bowl of rice with this one! A truly amazing meal. Highly recommend!

One of the best Sichuan spots I’ve tried in Melbourne CBD! I’d walked past Yulongfu a few times thinking it was mainly a xiaolongbao place, but don’t be fooled — their Sichuan dishes are the real star here. Every dish we ordered was incredibly flavorful and so good with rice. The chef really nails that balance of spice and depth without overwhelming you with just chili oil.

"This seemingly ordinary stir-fried cauliflower was surprisingly delicious! So flavorful—perfectly balanced in saltiness and spice. The pork belly wasn’t greasy at all, and the addition of garlic chives made it even better. My boyfriend devoured the whole plate and even wanted to order another serving!"

I used to think this place only sold steamed buns, but I was so wrong — their Sichuan dishes are amazing! The dry pot cabbage was super fragrant and crispy on the edges, with just the right amount of spice and smoky bacon flavor — perfect with rice. The braised beef with bamboo shoots tasted like home cooking — tender beef, crunchy shoots, and a slightly spicy broth. The pig trotter soup was creamy and rich but not greasy at all. So comforting, especially in winter. I’ve always loved their red bean pancake too — crispy outside, warm and gooey inside. Great way to end a spicy meal. They also take bookings for birthdays, parties, weddings, team events, and family dinners. If you pay cash, you get 10% off with no minimum spend — pretty worth it!
